  I went to swap a 10ah battery after purchasing one that was too big. When I picked up the correct smaller one the manager tried explaining that it’s an even exchange even though the marked price on the shelf was cheaper and that he is ok with making the exchange. After telling him to just return it then he corrected the price and give me the discount I had on the original purchase. To me it’s dishonest and not going to tolerate this from a business having run one of my own. Outside of this most of the staff is helpful but this dishonest transaction to make a sale ruined it for me as a severe integrity issue.
