  If you need to pick up something small, grab and go type items, this Home Depot is no different from another. However, if you have questions, prepare for a day-long excursion. I wanted to know what brands a sale on Blinds applied to. I called and was held on hold for 20 minutes and only spoke to one person to direct my call. After waiting, the system kicked me off the line. After calling back and waiting again for another 15 minutes, the person told me he would page the Blinds Department and hand walk a note to call me back. 4.5 hours later, they finally called back. That's not customer service. That's customer disrespect.
