  When someone is so pleasant over the phone, especially on a Monday, it makes you fall in love with the place of business that much quicker. Ashton was awesome over the phone today and Dave & Kim have an fantastic staff taking care of their business. Kudos and thank you!

  very disappointed in the surcharge they wanted me to pay to mail a box from them. the box was a flat rate $16, and they wanted me to pay $25.52... Whereas, my local PacMail guy in El dorado Hills charges me $16.70... a 70 cent surcharge i get (since i didnt have to go to the post office.. but not $10!!!
