  So much for helpful, friendly employees. I had a return. I had all the tags, the receipt, and the card I purchased with. The cashier that processed my return was rude and would not answer my questurns. She informed me all tags must be there, they were as I pointed out, and she rudely said "I can see that, but our policy is we must have all tags". Turns out one tag was stuck in the shopping bag. So she gives me dirty looks as she reattached the ones I had. I asked if they could be returned anyways since I had all the tags except the one with the barcode, she again didn't answer my question. So I had no ideal what I was getting money back for until the end when I saw the breakdown on the card reader. I asked if she could toss my bag, she said "Everything's done you can go now" shortly. She then put the stained shirt and sweater with runs I had returned back on the rack. I let her know why I was returning. Great, so you can expect quality products and good customer service. Well, I find a replacement shirt for one I had to return. Sure enough other shirts had the stains. I get back in line and the gentleman that is helping me doesn't day hello, walks off halfway through ringing me up, and at the end I say "thank you happy holiday" and no reply he just says "next guest". I know retail is hard this time of year, but being rude to customers doesn't help and I expect so much more of anything with the Nordstrom's attached. If you do shop here, don't expect the same customer service and inspect your items thouroughly.

  Super selection on womens shoes here. Including a large selection of flip flops. The express check out stations are a real time saver if you have 5 or less items. There are no cash transactions at the express stations. If you want to use the express route make sure to flag down any sales associate off the floor to help you. They do not appoint an employee to stand there.
