  Absolutely lovely experience. They let me in just after closing (since I was leaving town the next morning) to let me have another look at a piece I had fallen in love with the day before. They stayed open late for me, found matching earrings to complete a once-in-a-lifetime gift for my mother. The customer service was lovely, spirited, fun; the deal they gave me was awesome. Highly recommend.

  make sure that you get GIA certificate which mentions quality exactly the same jewelry you buy. Sales people don't have much idea about the quality of the diamonds. They just read tag and tell. In my case , it turned out to be wrong info mentioned in tag. So only option is to trust GIA certificate issued by gem specialist. Those who already bought, read your GIA certificate and confirm. I lost the trust on this shop.

  I feel like I just consistently get great customer service every time I come in. I love the familiar faces and new folks have always been very accommodating as well. I don't have a reason to take my watches anywhere else. They have a range of options for each budget and are very happy to make arrangements.
